Gram flour – 1 bowl
Cumin – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 3/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Baking soda – 1 pinch
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Green chili chopped – 3-4
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Besan Pakora
To make tasteful gram flour pakora, first of all take a deep bottomed utensil and sift the gram flour into it. After this finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves. Now add all the spices including cumin, celery, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, baking soda to the gram flour and mix well. After this add green chilies and green coriander leaves and mix. Finally, mix salt as per taste in gram flour.

Now add water little by little and prepare a batter of gram flour. Keep in mind that the solution should not be too thin or too thick. Keep its consistency medium. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, make pakodas with your hands and put them in the pan and fry them.
